TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
This tool, the (Economic & Financial Planning Tool) was created, developed, tested and refined in successive editions of the different courses and programs since 2000.
The purpose of this spreadsheet model is to help evaluate the feasibility of business projects within these business courses and programs.
All the development of the model has been made using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet , which is a registered product and trademark of Microsoft Corp. Therefore it is necessary to use this program under the conditions provided by Microsoft.
However its performance has been tested with other programs such as OpenOffice or LibreOffice, with which the model works well except for some formatting problems.
The model development was created and programmed by Miguel Martínez Prieto, professor in various Business Schools. According to the terms of the «Ley de Propiedad Intelectual «(Spanish Intellectual Property Law) since the conditions contained in Articles 51 and 97.4 of the law are not accomplished, the intellectual property and copyright rights are solely to be granted to the author.
The model can be used freely under the terms and conditions described, and solely and exclusively according to this terms and conditions.
The model is provided «as it is» to the students of in order to be used to analyze the economical and financial viability of their busines projects. It is not possible for the author to assume any kind of responsibility for the use or misuse that potential users of the model could do or for the results obtained since it does not have any protection, key, etc. Therefore, the use of the model is made in any case under the sole responsibility of the user. The author can not guarantee the reliability or any support or updates to all users. In any case the author assumes any responsability for the use of the tool.
It is not authorized in any case the publication, reproduction, or use without the express and written permission of the author. Expressly disavows professional use or profit in any teaching field without express written permission of the author.
The author of the tool allows the use of this program students Creation and Enterprise Development provided the following conditions:
1.-The author is not responsible for the misuse of registered products from third parties. In particular the use of Microsoft Excel program which is property of Microsoft and it is a registered trademark.
2.-The author authorizes the use of the tool for personal use of the students in the program to assess their business projects present and future, but DO NOT to use the tool for their professional purposes or to get paid for services related to the use of the model to assess the viability of other projects outside the EOI programs, and in any case explicitly does not authorize the use of the model by direct or indirect paid services, except solely relying on the express written permission from the author, especially for paid educational services.
3.-By using the model the users asume full responsibility for the misusing of the model and to don’t modify or allow the modification of the distinctive features of the model and specifically to keep unmodified all personal references of the author, the program or course where the model was originally provided and those of the Institution they were held. Users also undertake to quote the author of the model and to observe and enforce these Terms of Use.
